Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess any of the following:
BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines with first division and a valid GATE score
ME/M.Techin relevant engineering disciplines with first division at both graduate and postgraduate levels
Note: A valid GATE or NET score is mandatory for B. Tech candidates applying for the JRF position.
Age Limit (As of 25th September 2025):
General Category: Maximum 28 years
OBC: 31 years (3-year relaxation)
SC/ST: 33 years (5-year relaxation)
Age relaxations will be provided as per government norms.

Selection Process
