About the Role
Infosys BPM is currently hiring for the Service Desk Voice Process role. This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and basic technical knowledge. As a service desk associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for resolving technical issues, addressing queries, and ensuring seamless IT support experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first-level point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot IT-related issues such as login errors, software/hardware concerns, and system access problems.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions while escalating complex cases to higher-level technical teams.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and ensure high service quality.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
Display professionalism, empathy, and patience while interacting with customers.
Achieve service desk targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Skills & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT systems, MS Office tools, and troubleshooting methods.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
Customer-centric attitude with adaptability and patience.
