About the Role-Data Engineer fresher

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into warehouses or analytical platforms.

Manage data storage and retrieval systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Maintain data quality and accuracy by implementing validation checks and troubleshooting pipeline issues.

Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver structured, reliable data for advanced analytics and machine learning.

Work with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to design and optimize modern data solutions.

Document workflows and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Stay updated with the latest technologies in big data, cloud computing, and data engineering.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Familiarity with data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, or modern warehouses.

Exposure to cloud data services (Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Data Lake).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Passion for data engineering and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Programming knowledge in Python, Java, or Scala.

Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Luigi).

Understanding of data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).

Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
